Denmark 10 & 20 krone 2013 - New circulation types

In 2013, the 10 and 20 krone coins will be redesigned again to be more in line with their original design. This will restore the visual identity of the whole series, from the 50 øre coin to the highest denomination 20 kroner. Based on the very first version in this series, a new typeface has been designed for the coins. It was inspired by Danish Art Nouveau, known as Skønvirke, as seen in Danish coins from the early 20th century. The new typeface is in keeping with tradition, but also attractive and robust. Finally, the coat of arms will be redesigned to fit the coins, and the denomination will be shown in the robust, easy to read style also used on the other coins in the series.

Lithuania 2 litas 2013 - Heritage

New bimetallic commemoratives:

"Lithuanian heritage: Kurenas, Stelmuzes Azuolas, Verpste and Puntukas"

The Kurenas is a sailing fishing boat of Courland Lagoon in Lithuania, which is unchanged in its traditional form since the fourteenth century:

The Stelmuzes Azuolas (Stelmuze Oak) is an oak tree which grows in the former Stelmuze Manor park by Stelmuze village. It measures 3.5 m in diameter and 13 m in girth at its widest part; being 2.8 m and 9.58 m at waist level. The oak reaches 23 m in height with only side branches remaining alive. It is believed to be as much as 2,000 years old; this makes it the oldest oak in Lithuania and one of the oldest in Europe. However, exact age measurements are difficult as the inner part of the trunk has been removed. In 1960 it was declared a natural monument and included in the list of protected objects in Lithuania:

The Verpste is a traditional wooden spindle:

Puntukas is a glacial granite erratic probably from Finland. It measures 6.9 metres in length, 6.7 m in width, and 5.7 m in depth (including 1.5 m underground). It weighs about 265 tons. In 1943, sculptor Bronius Pundzius engraved portraits and quotes from last wills of Lithuanian pilots Steponas Darius and Stasys Girenas for the 10th anniversary of their deaths during the transatlantic flight with Lituanica:
