in fact, both 5 and 10 Centavos (magnetic types) appeared in 2009 already. I have these coins in my collection, dated 2009 and magnetic. By the way, in 2011 there was also minted 25 Centavos (new type). this is non-magnetic (composition probably the same as on previous types), but the edge of the coin is reeded - om all previous types it was plain with lettering. I also have this coin in my collection.
