Kosovo 5 ilire 2013 - 5th Anniversary of Independence

This is a proposed (but not accepted) design for a commemorative coin on the 5th Anniversary of Independence. It has been made by one private European mint and only 25 pieces exist. It is not official and not legal tender. This proof issue has a diameter of 40 mm and it's composition is silver plated zinc:
