    So we're going to have two different types(with the bimetallic) of 10 roubles coins!
    Who knows if they both are in circulation?

    Yes they are.
    Only the last two bimetallic 10 roubles (Chechnya and Yamalo-Nenetskiy Okrug) have never been found in circulation.

    I wanted to know if the vending machines in Russia works with both types of coin or maybe with the 2009 small 10 rouble only...

    Vending machines are not so widespread here. They are only for coffee, snacks and newspapers, and only in the biggest cities. But I saw three different types: 1st type - accepts 0,5 - 5 roubles only; 2nd type - works with small 10 roubles also; 3d type - accepts both types of 10 roubles.
