Off-topic: minting error in Luxembourg 20 cents 2004

I found this error among my coins yesterday.
It is a circulated Luxembourg 20 cents from 2004, with a metal addition.

What kind of error do you think it is?

Contact me if you are interested in getting it. I would swap for any coins for my collection.

Now scan is available, thanks to Wolfgang Schuster. Maybe we'll see them soon available at the numismatic market.
