Wolfgang Schuster sent me this image of a different set from Angola 2012. Discussion is open, as we don't know whether they are real circulating ones, trials, or just fakes. Even could be a normal set that someone has electroplated with copper:

Now sometimes use technology manufacturing bimetallic coins by "painting". example - galvanized (one base and two types of coverage ). This makes production cheaper.
