Kazakhstan 2011 Hawk Owl varieties
The first 10 percent of the coins were made with a polished die, and the
remaining 90 with a matte die. The polished die (the coin is the one on the left) was considered as an error but these coins have gone mixed in circulation.

They have never been in circulation. These are collector coins.
