France & Germany 2 euro 2013 - 50 Years of the Élysée Treaty

New bimetallic circulating commemoratives:

"50 Years of the Élysée Treaty"

France and Germany will issue a 2013 common design to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Élysée Treaty.
They will be almost identical, but with few slight differences for the country identification (FR or D), the mint marks, and the designer's initials (SL for Stephanie Lindner) in the German item.

    So is the Maulbrunn Monastery 2013 coin postponed, or has Germany obtained permission for two different commemorative two euro coins in the same year?
